That's a habit they have grown used to; a private practice that enables the individual "switch off" separate from the overwhelming ideas that overwhelm their mind once the day eventually winds down.

This account mirrors what I have been seeing increasingly frequently among clients. Working as a counsellor, I've observed a notable pattern: a rising amount of individuals that are turning to alcohol to cope with their mental health concerns.
Data shows that approximately a significant portion of individuals who used drinks admitted doing so to alleviate pressure and nearly one-fifth to manage anxiety.
